Dylan comes to us from Limestone College, where he served as the pitching coach and assisted with recruiting for 4 years. Following his coaching stint at Limestone, Dylan served as the College Placement Coordinator and Head Coach of showcase teams for Ironbridge Academy in Richmond, VA.

In 2020, Dylan was selected to relocate to the upstate area to start Ironbridge South. After 1 year of operations as Ironbridge South, the teams have now transitioned to new ownership. 

In August 2021, Dylan founded Ace Baseball Academy, an organization focused on developing young athletes while sharing his love and knowledge of the game. In our first year, Ace had 4 teams, as we enter year 2 we have grown to 6 teams.

Dylan will be serving as the Director of Operations and coach for Ace Baseball Academy. As a pitching coach, Dylan brings a work ethic and detail-oriented approach that will certainly help our program continue to excel.

Wolchik started his coaching career as a volunteer assistant at his Alma mater of Lander University. Coaching various summer programs over the next few seasons, including the Petersburg Generals of the Coastal Plain League and the West Boca Snappers. In 2018 Wolchik lead the West Boca Snappers of the South Florida Collegiate League Summer Championship as the Head Coach.

A three-time All-American, Wolchik jumped into coaching following an impressive collegiate playing career. He was named a Freshman All-American during his rookie season at Florida Tech before moving on to earn Honorable Mention All-American accolades in each of his two seasons at Lander University. In 2014 he held the NCAA D2 record for most victories in a season with 12. He is the only player in Peach Belt Conference history to lead the conference in wins in back to back years. Dylan also holds the record for career ERA at Lander (3.08).

 He graduated from Lander University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with emphasis in Business Management and Marketing. Dylan will be available for lessons and other instruction.
